4.2 Prices: All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
4.3 Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is processed by our payment service provider, and we do not store your card details.
4.4 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we begin preparing your order.
5.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver to postcodes PH5, PH6, and PH7 only. Delivery charges vary by postcode and will be displayed during checkout.
5.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time, but we are not liable for any delays.
5.3 Collection: Collection orders must be collected from our restaurant at 19 West High Street, Crieff, PH7 4AU during our opening hours (Wednesday-Sunday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM). Please have your order number ready.
5.4 Failed Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address details, unavailability at the delivery address, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the order and any delivery charges incurred.
6.1 Your Cancellation Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you do not have the right to cancel orders for perishable goods (food) once preparation has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 07549 105 766.
6.2 Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel your order if: (a) we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, (b) the items are out of stock, (c) there are errors in pricing or product descriptions, or (d) we are unable to deliver to your address.

Our loyalty programme offers rewards to registered customers. For every 7 completed orders, you receive your most expensive item free on your next order. The programme is subject to change or termination at any time without notice. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the loyalty programme at our discretion.
